Certified Nursing Assistant/Certified Medication Assistant

Sterling Estates is seeking full-time C.N.A.'s to assist our residents with activities of daily living. The primary purpose of the Certified Nurses Assistant (CNA) is to provide the residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisors.

Community Relations Counselor
We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic individual who possesses a genuine interest in working with seniors and their family members in one of the premier senior living communities in the entire Southeast. This thirty-acre community (will be approximately 230 total units when fully developed) opened in August 2016 and has been extremely successful thus far exceeding all occupancy targets. We are almost complete with Phase IV Cottage construction and in planning stage for construction of second independent living apartment/clubhouse building and memory care community. As such, we need more sales help immediately.
As Community Relations Counselor you will manage incoming leads, referral sources, and schedule tours. Your understanding of seniors’ needs and aspirations, willingness to take time to hear their stories, ability to build genuine trust and relationships, and interpersonal presentation skills will be key in relaying Sterling Estates’ value proposition and ultimately secure contracts and move-ins. The successful candidate will have high emotional intelligence and demonstrated CRM sales system experience (we use Sherpa) with keen insights into resident centered selling.
