We enable our residents to do just that by providing an array of impactful Wellness activities in the Sterling Way Wellness Center and throughout our neighborhood campus.

From our indoor heated salt-water pool with its aqua classes to low-impact aerobics classes and yoga our Recreational therapist and staff make it easy to tailor a program to suit your individual needs to maintain your health and fitness. With over ½ mile of walking paths, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts to a working resident garden enjoying outdoor exercise is easy for our residents to do at Sterling Estates.
